I wish I could access it.

Apparently the iCloud account is registered to an email address that the previous phone user who will remain unnamed no longer has access to. And, the photos were apparently never backed up to begin with. So I'm stuck trying to link to my PC, which so far has been absolutely fruitless. Windows will not recognize the phone. I may have to email all of the photos in batches of 5, which will take a very, very long time.
